Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a return period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date the merchandise is delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate a return request within this timeframe.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A valid receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected at our sole discretion.

3. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at practicemakesprogress614@gmail.com to request authorization. Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back.

Unapproved returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within seven (7) days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

5. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.

7. European Union Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return an order within fourteen (14) days of delivery without providing a reason. The item must be in new, unused condition with all tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
